My Story: The Energetic Break That Shifted Everything

I know this journey firsthand. For a long time, I lived by the rule that I had to push and initiate constantly to succeed. This led straight to burnout—and for the past two months, I haven’t been "off" of work, but I definitely haven't been in it fully.

That feeling of having to operate on half-power, or feeling energetically withdrawn while still showing up, perfectly highlights my Human Design.
