Crystalized Photography Print Release

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Crystalized Photography grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the high-resolution digital images from the session for Personal Use only.

2. WHAT YOU CAN DO (PERMITTED USES)

• Printing: You may print an unlimited number of copies for personal use (wall art, albums, gifts for family/partners). 

• Digital Sharing: You may share your images on your personal social media profiles.

• Archiving: You may store your digital files on personal hard drives or cloud storage.

3. WHAT YOU CANNOT DO (PROHIBITED USES)

• Commercial Gain: You may not sell, license, or use these images for any business, professional, or commercial purpose.

• Third-Party Transfers: You may not give these files to other vendors (makeup artists, clothing brands, or venues) for their marketing without the Company’s written consent.

• Alterations: You may not edit, crop, or apply filters to the images. Our editing is a core part of the Crystalized Photography brand and artistic integrity.

4. COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP

All images are the intellectual property of Crystalized Photography. Crystalized Photography retains full legal Copyright to all images created. This document is a Usage License, not a transfer of ownership.

While not required for personal use, we love a good shout-out! When sharing on social media, please credit the artist by tagging @CrystalizedPhotography. It helps our community grow!
